Mediation
- HOURLY RATE MEDIATION ($160/HOUR)
- Mediator will make himself available from the start time you choose, until 5:00pm. This is traditional hourly-rate mediation divided equally between the parties, billed in 15 minute increments (with a minimum fee of $100 per party). If domestic violence is an issue, or if a party lives more than 150 miles away, mediation can take place via Skype (please notify the mediator at least 48 hours in advance if there is a request for Skype). Other terms and conditions apply. Scheduling an appointment does not constitute a contract for services. A pre-mediation agreement will be emailed to the attorneys or parties in advance of mediation, or distributed at the commencement of mediation.
- 4 HR MEDIATION ($250 flat fee charged to each party)
- Fixed-duration mediation for a flat fee helps parties get motivated and stay focused on problem solving (not the clock). No discount will be given for early conclusion of Mediation. The mediator is incentivized to facilitate settlement as efficiently as possible. If domestic violence is an issue, or if a party lives more than 150 miles away, Mediation can take place via Skype (please notify the mediator at least 48 hours in advance if there is a request for Skype).
